Over the past 10 years we have renewed over 30,000m² of roof coverings (mainly single ply pvc membrane) to the flat roofs and monitor tops of the business park buildings. See testimonial below.

"Dufell Roofing was selected to join the design team assembled by Marchday to consider various options for the refurbishment of the roofs on the Lingfield Estate in Darlington, following an initial and successful tendering exercise.

A lightweight, mechanically fixed, single ply membrane incorporating insulation became the preferred option following a series of site trials on north light sections of roof.

During the past 8 years Dufell Roofing have successfully and efficiently over-roofed approximately 30,000m² of 1940's roofs with a value in excess of £3m. Most has been applied to the complex north light structure covering most of the Estate. Some more traditional flat and curved roof areas have also been recovered with the same single ply system."
